1. Handcrafted Variations
Every Sahaja blouse is woven by generational hand-loom weavers in Jaipur. Because of this natural, non-mechanical weaving cycle, slight differences in embroidery threads, gold zari density, and cloth colors are completely normal and are a hallmark of authentic handcrafted heirloom textiles.
2. Sizing Verification & Fitting Corrections
To ensure absolute natural comfort, we coordinate sizing records directly after you place an order. If a blouse does not fit you perfectly, we offer complimentary sizing adjustments at our flagship boutiques within 14 days of delivery. The client is responsible for sending the product securely wrapped in mul-mul sheets back to our Jaipur salon.
3. Preservation Guidelines
The user agrees to abide by our recommended preservation guidelines (Dry clean only, wrapping in mul-mul cotton sheets, avoiding direct perfume sprays). Sahaja is not responsible for metallic oxidation of gold zari wires resulting from direct sprays or humidity exposure.
4. Custom Weaving Queue Payments
Custom orders block weaving looms and artisan slots. Once a custom hand-embroidered order enters stage 2 ("Artisan Weaving"), payments become non-refundable as artisan wages are distributed directly.
